Subject: Urgent Coordination Request — National Return Initiative (May 29, 2025)

Dear Prime Minister,

On behalf of PTAH Global Initiatives and as President-in-Transit of the Republic of Haiti, I formally declare the organized return of the Haitian people to begin on May 29, 2025.

This operation is initiated under sovereign authority, historical entitlement, and humanitarian necessity. We ask your office to facilitate immediate coordination in support of this national movement.

This return is peaceful, legal, and governed by moral responsibility. Any obstruction will be treated as an abdication of public duty.

The Haitian people expect dignity—not delay.
